Clos Systey is a story that began in 2015 on two hectares in the heart of Saint-Émilion, with a simple idea: to make an exceptional wine while respecting nature.
It all started with Sylvie Dulong, a passionate oenologist, and Stéphan Grawitz, who imagined a small but meticulously tended organic and biodynamic vineyard where every grape counts.
2025 marks a turning point: the 10th vintage... and the next generation is coming through.
The new team? Fanny Dulong and her husband Juan Moretti, in the vineyard and winery, joined by Paul (the architect who designed the vat room) and Adrien (the digital expert).
And of course, Sylvie remains the house's wine expert—we couldn't do without her expertise.
Clos Systey is a small family estate that makes wine like telling a story: clean, precise, lively, and with a real identity.
A small vineyard, but with big ambitions: to continue making wines that strike the right note, without ever betraying the spirit of the place.
