Fût Nambule is a Sauvignon aged in barrels: a dry white wine that is slightly rounder and richer than Chenonceau. The wood gives it a creamier texture, while retaining a lovely freshness.
There are sweet, slightly buttery notes, with hints of vanilla and white fruits. It is fuller, more enveloping, and really pleasant to drink.
Drink now, or keep for 2 to 4 years if you want more complexity.
Sweetness: 0/5
Perfect with veal blanquette, fish fillet with light cream sauce,
but also very cool with an onion tart, a leek gratin, or even a seafood raclette (yes, it exists: smoked fish + cheese, guaranteed happiness)
