A sparkling wine... but no grapes here! Rheum is rhubarb, fruit, pep and bubbles. Grown in France, handcrafted and bottled with care. It's fresh, original and unlike anything else.

Fresh, slightly tart, and superbly pleasant to drink. Like rhubarb juice... but with bubbles.

Drink it now, without asking too many questions. As an aperitif when it's hot, on a picnic in the shade of a tree, or with dessert when you fancy something light, fresh and different.

What does it go well with?

With a slice of cold flammekueche (yes, that's fine), vinegar potato chips for kick, a homemade fruit salad or one stolen from Grandma's, and even a sugar waffle, in shorts and flip-flops. Summer in a bottle.
