A round, aromatic, and super-pleasant white wine, slightly more generous than the Baron Blanc. While the latter is light, lively, and ultra-easy to drink, this wine offers greater smoothness, roundness, and length on the palate. It is still dry, but with a more caressing, more structured side, which pairs better with an entire meal.

A smooth, balanced, and fruity palate, without aggressive acidity, with a creamier texture than the Baron Blanc. This is still a simple, straightforward white wine, but one that takes up a little more space at the table.

This wine can be enjoyed immediately, but it also ages very well if you want to let it develop a little. You can easily keep it for 2 to 4 years.

Sweetness: 0/5

What does it go well with?

Try it with:

Fish in sauce, creamy dishes, vegetable gratins, goat cheese, ravioli, mushroom risotto... in short, everything we love when we want something mild, uncomplicated, and well accompanied.
