Sunday, November 9, fourth article in a row.
We’re almost getting consistent now — which says a lot about how easily the inspiration’s flowing.
This week, we’re taking you behind the scenes of our end-of-year adventures at T’as un Grain.
Biodyvin, it’s not exactly Versailles (well… almost).
A stunning venue, sharp-minded winemakers, glasses clinking under golden ceilings.
We tasted, chatted, took notes… but no real crush this time.
So, we’ll go back.
Next stop: back to Paris for two new wine fairs — Biodays and Rhône en Seine.
One celebrates organic and biodynamic wines, the other the great Rhône appellations.
Two different vibes, one same mission: finding winemakers with that special spark — the ones who’ve got “un grain,” in the best possible way.
We hope to come back with some gems for you to taste, a few ideas for future collabs… and probably a few hours of sleep less.
While waiting to uncover new treasures, we’re still making our current wines travel — the ones that have been with us from the start, the ones that already feel like family.
Between a precise Bordeaux, a generous Alsace, and a Sauvignon that makes everyone happy, there’s no way we’re getting bored.
We’re not chasing wine stars.
We’re looking for people we’d actually want to grab a coffee — or a glass — with after the tasting.
Winemakers with their hands in the soil, an easy smile, and that true, down-to-earth energy we love.
On the sweet side, we’re keeping up the local collabs.
With Romain, a young artisan chocolatier from Kaysersberg (Chocolaterie Millet), we dreamed up some fun wine & chocolate pairings.
Example? Our sparkling rhubarb wine with a white chocolate and garden pepper bar.
Sounds odd? It’s a small miracle in your mouth (and yes, we mean it).
usiness-wise, we’re back at the markets.
Every Thursday, you’ll find us at Place des Halles in Colmar — getting back into rhythm, testing our setup before the Christmas markets (and, let’s be honest, securing our spot).

We’ll share everything in our Insta stories: @tasungrain_
So yes, things are moving, tasting, planning, and dreaming — bigger than ever.
A busy end of year, but one that makes perfect sense.
